According to the ministry's daily statistical bulletin, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received seven dead over the preceding 48 hours. Six were described as newly killed, while one person died from earlier wounds. The ministry also reported 38 new injuries.
Since the October 2025 ceasefire
For the period since the ceasefire that began on October 11, 2025, the ministry said 1,415 people had been killed and 4,953 wounded. It also said recovery teams had retrieved 834 bodies from rubble and other locations during that period.
