The post by @RakMakkabi includes a video showing a woman wearing a green headband with white Arabic writing. According to the translation displayed in the screenshot of the post, the account claimed the item was a Hamas headband and that the design appears in an evidence register or catalogue used to identify Hamas symbols.

It is therefore not possible to establish whether the text is the shahada, the Islamic declaration of faith used in many religious and political contexts, or wording that specifically identifies Hamas or the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades.

What is known about the demonstration
Reporting by WDR and Düsseldorf police confirms that the demonstration took place and that attendance was much lower than expected. WDR reported that about 300 people were present early in the event, with the figure later rising to around 800.
Representatives associated with Palästinensische Allianz NRW appeared on the stage, but the official material reviewed did not identify the person who formally registered the September 26 demonstration.
